Industrial Magnetics, Inc. (IMI) is excited to announce that Paul Hardy has stepped into the role of Regional Manager for the key territories of Michigan, Ontario, and Quebec. In this role, Paul will use his extensive product knowledge to support customers and partners, helping with application challenges, product demonstrations, and the implementation of magnetic separation and material handling solutions.
With 27 years at Industrial Magnetics, Paul brings a competitive blend of leadership experience and technical expertise. He has previously served as a Regional Manager in another territory and more recently contributed to research and development as well as product management. His deep understanding of IMI’s go-to-market strategy, products, and served industries positions him as a valuable resource and trusted partner for customers across his region and beyond.

Outside of work, Hardy enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, whether hiking with his dog, kayaking, or relaxing around a bonfire. He and his wife are proud parents of two young adult sons, and his close-knit extended family has helped shape who he is. Hardy values building strong relationships and takes pride in helping customers navigate, which is something he looks forward to doing each day as he returns to regional management.
