IMI's new LTH (Large Tube Housing) incorporates 3" diameter rare earth tubes into our proven Drawer-in-Housing configuration. Since the spacing between the tubes is much larger than in traditional housings, it allows for the product to flow freely through the housing for optimum ferrous metal separation on difficult flowing products such as flour, powdered sugar and other products with a tendency to bridge.
Angled diverters placed directly over the magnetic tubes to direct product flow around the magnetic tubes and prevent product build up on the top of the tubes.
The Large tube housing is designed with a powerful, 45 mgo Rare earth circuit for optimum reach-out and surface holding strength, as well as food grade EPDM gasket material for leak resistant operation.
